Cancellation and Return Policy

2. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
- Customers have the right to withdraw from a standard order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
- The right of withdrawal applies only to products under standard production.
- The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing or via email.
- The product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging within 10 days after the withdrawal notice.
- After inspection, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.
3. Custom-Made Products
- Most products on filelikoltuklar.com are manufactured to order.
- Products customized in size, color, fabric, material, or design are considered custom-made.
- Custom-made products cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
- If a manufacturing defect is detected upon delivery, the product will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged with an equivalent model.
4. Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Used, assembled, or damaged products
- Products with opened packaging or lost resellable condition
- Products damaged during shipment without a delivery report
- Upholstered or hygienic products not suitable for resale
5. Return Process
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- The original invoice and return form must be included in the return shipment.
- Damage caused by shipping must be documented with a damage report before accepting delivery.
- Returns should be sent via our contracted shipping company.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method after approval.
- Refund reflection time may vary between 1–10 business days depending on the bank.

7. Exchanges
