Membership Agreement – Mesh Chairs

General Provisions

This membership agreement is entered into between Mesh Chairs (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user applying for membership (hereinafter referred to as the "Member"). The Company operates a platform selling mesh office chairs and related products. By accepting this agreement, the Member agrees to comply with the platform’s terms of use. The agreement takes effect upon completion and approval of the membership form.

Membership Conditions

Membership is open to individuals or legal entities aged 18 or older. The Member is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership if false or incomplete information is provided. The Member must keep account details (username and password) confidential and not share them with third parties. The Member is responsible for account security.

Rights and Obligations

Company’s Rights and Obligations

The Company commits to delivering high-quality mesh chairs on time. Product details, prices, and stock availability are regularly updated. The Company reserves the right to amend this agreement unilaterally, with changes announced on the website and notified to the Member. The Company ensures the security of personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and uses data solely for service purposes. For details, see the KVKK Clarification Text.

Member’s Rights and Obligations

The Member agrees to use the platform in compliance with laws and ethical standards. The Member must carefully review product details (e.g., color, size) and make payments on time. The Member must not misuse the account or compromise platform security (e.g., unauthorized access attempts). The Company may suspend or cancel membership in case of agreement violations.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Company processes the Member’s personal data in compliance with KVKK and stores it securely. Data is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, review the KVKK Clarification Text.

Orders, Cancellation, and Returns

Orders are placed through the membership account. As mesh chairs are prepared based on orders, cancellation and return conditions are limited. For details, see the Cancellation and Return Policy. The Company promptly informs the Member regarding cancellation or return requests.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to the Company and is protected by intellectual property rights. The Member may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission. Violations may result in legal liability.

Termination of Agreement

The Member may close their account at any time by contacting info@meshchairs.com or +90 532 725 07 46. The Company may unilaterally terminate membership for violations (e.g., platform misuse).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Güngören).
