Buyer
The individual or legal entity who provides their name, address, phone number and email address when placing an order. The Buyer confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website or remote communication channels such as WhatsApp, phone and email, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product, Price and Payment
- The product type, model, quantity, color, upholstery and other features are stated in the order confirmation or in the quote sent to the Buyer.
- The sale price is the total amount, including taxes, stated in the quote or order confirmation. Any delivery fee is stated separately.
- Payment is made using the methods offered to the Buyer at the time of ordering. Made-to-order production is scheduled once payment or order confirmation is complete.
4. Made-to-Order Production
The Seller's products are not sold from stock; they are made to order in the color, upholstery and specifications chosen by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing product details carefully before ordering. Minor color or shade differences caused by screens or photographs are not considered defects.
5. Delivery
- Average production and preparation time is about one week. This may be longer during busy periods and for large orders; the exact timing is confirmed with the order. Delivery will not exceed the legal maximum of thirty days.
- Because the products are bulky, they are shipped through intercity transport companies. Delivery time depends on the distance from our production address in Güngören, Istanbul.
- The Buyer should inspect the product on delivery and report any shipping damage to the Seller, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs. Chairs made to order by the Seller fall within this scope.
- Cancellation requests made before production begins are reviewed, and the Buyer is informed within 24 hours at the latest.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- For products that are not custom-made (for example, standard spare parts), the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In that case, the product must be returned unused and in resaleable condition.

7. Defective Products and Warranty
The Buyer's rights under Law No. 6502 regarding defective goods are reserved. The Seller offers a 2-year warranty against production defects. The Buyer can send photos of the defective product and the order details to info@bereketofis.com or via WhatsApp.
8. Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data is processed only to fulfil the order, arrange delivery and provide customer service. For details, see our KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
10. Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement takes effect on the date the order is confirmed.
