Contoured frame and mesh back

The black rigid plastic frame is shaped to follow the natural curve of the spine. The high-quality mesh on top adapts to the body as soon as you sit and flexes gently.

Because the mesh lets air circulate constantly, backs stay dry in summer whether or not the air conditioning is up to the job. In cheap waiting room chairs the mesh soon sags and the complaints begin. On Kuver, the mesh keeps performing for a long time, even with heavy daily use.

Why adjustable lumbar support matters

Visitors of every height and age pass through a waiting area. With fixed lumbar support, some of them always end up with a gap under their lower back. Kuver's cushion slides up and down, so each guest can set it where it feels right.

That adjustment noticeably reduces discomfort for guests with lower-back pain. To be clear, though, no chair on its own is a solution for someone with a serious spinal condition.

Seat, upholstery and base

• Seat: At least 5 cm of high-density gray foam that keeps its shape instead of sinking within a year or two.
• Upholstery: Fabric in the same tone as the frame, giving a clean, unified look where appearance matters.
• Armrests: Black plastic arms at a comfortable resting height.
• Base: A shiny nickel-chrome metal base that resists rust and stays looking new for years.
• Casters: None. The chair stays put, which keeps a waiting room tidy when mobility isn't needed.

Cleaning and care

• Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and warm water with neutral soap suds, then dry with a microfiber towel.
• Clean the mesh back weekly with a soft brush or a gentle vacuum.
• Avoid chemical sprays; they quickly degrade both mesh and fabric.
