Lonch stitched mesh chair: clean, stylish and built to last

The Lonch stitched mesh chair is a stationary model we make for waiting lounges, receptions and guest seating in executive offices. What sets it apart from other mesh chairs is that the mesh on the back is reinforced with stitching. That detail gives the chair character and helps the mesh hold its shape for longer.

We have fitted out everything from offices to waiting rooms, and the question is always the same: "How will my back feel after sitting here for a while?" Lonch was designed as both an aesthetic and an ergonomic answer.

The real advantage of a stitched mesh back

The back frame is rigid plastic shaped to follow the spine's natural S-curve. A dedicated curve in the upper back supports the lower-back hollow while easing the shoulders and neck.

The high-quality mesh on top is reinforced with stitching. It breathes well and stays cool even in summer. On some cheap mesh chairs the seams soon open, the mesh sags and the comfort is gone. On Lonch the stitching stays firm and the back keeps its form for years.

Seat comfort: foam and upholstery

The seat uses 5 cm of high-density gray foam that spreads body weight evenly and reduces pressure on the hips and legs during longer waits. The early sinking you see in cheaper chairs doesn't happen here.

Upholstery comes in two options:

• Faux leather: Easy to clean and smart-looking, practical where many visitors come and go.
• Fabric: More breathable, with a softer, textured feel.

For heavy use we usually recommend fabric; where hygiene and quick wiping matter most, faux leather comes out ahead.

Armrests and base: looks and durability

• Armrests: Black rigid plastic arms that match the frame, keep elbows and forearms in a natural position and resist knocks and scratches.
• Base: A nickel-plated chrome metal base that shines, resists rust and keeps its first-day look for years.
• Casters: None. Lonch is stationary, which keeps waiting and guest areas neat when mobility isn't needed.

How are mesh chair prices set?

Price depends on material quality, workmanship, details such as the metal base, and custom stitching. With quality mesh and a chrome base, Lonch is not in the cheapest segment. Chairs made with low-grade materials tend to cause problems within a year or two and end up costing more. Since each order is shaped by your preferences, we price by quote.

Cleaning and care

• Clean the mesh weekly with a soft brush or vacuum.
• Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and neutral soap suds, then dry with microfiber.
• Never use thinner, bleach, alcohol-based or abrasive cleaners; they damage the mesh.
• Wipe metal and plastic parts with a dry cloth.

Repairs, spare parts and service

As the manufacturer, we supply every spare part for Lonch: mesh fabric, foam, chrome base and plastic armrests. We handle mesh replacement, foam renewal, chrome polishing and armrest replacement with original parts.

Ordering and delivery

Lonch isn't kept in stock; upholstery color, stitching detail and extras are made to your preference. Average production time is about one week and may extend to 10–15 days depending on order volume and options. Orders within Istanbul are delivered directly from our workshop, and orders elsewhere are shipped via cargo. As a custom-made product, returns and exchanges are not possible.
