The Mask mesh visitor chair is designed to look sharp in reception areas and stay comfortable through a 20 to 30 minute wait. A lumbar-supporting mesh back, a dense foam seat and a polished chrome U-leg tell your guests they are welcome from the moment they sit down. Each chair is produced to order in our workshop.

When we fit out lobbies and waiting rooms, we often see guests start fidgeting after a few minutes. The cause is usually poor lumbar support or a seat that has bottomed out. Mask focuses on exactly those two points.

Mask Mesh Visitor Chair Back and Lumbar Support

The backrest frame is a rigid plastic shell that follows the curves of the spine. Over it, a quality mesh fabric flexes to the body, keeps air moving and prevents sweating.

A dedicated contour at the lower back fills the lumbar gap, helping guests sit upright without effort. Many budget waiting chairs have no lumbar support at all, and guests stand up rubbing their backs. With Mask, that complaint is rare.

Seat Comfort and Upholstery Options

The seat uses 5 cm high-density grey foam that spreads weight evenly and reduces numbness in the hips and legs. Low-density foam collapses within a year or two; the foam we use in Mask keeps its shape far longer.

Upholstery options:

• Faux leather: easy to wipe, the most popular choice for busy waiting areas.
• Fabric: softer and warmer, often chosen for corporate lobbies.

Plastic armrests match the body and hold the arms at a natural height, so guests can relax while they wait.

Chrome U-Leg: Style and Strength

The leg is made from specially bent metal tube in a U shape and finished in bright nickel-chrome. It gives the chair a clean, upscale look. There are no castors, so the chair stays put and stays aligned, which is exactly what most waiting areas need.

An honest note: nickel-chrome resists rust as long as it is not left wet or kept in constant humidity. In damp spaces, keep the legs dry.

Cleaning and Care

• Dust the mesh weekly with a soft brush or vacuum.
• Wipe upholstery with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry with microfiber.
• Wipe chrome legs with a dry cloth.
• Never use thinner, bleach or alcohol; they permanently damage the mesh.

Repairs and Spare Parts

As a manufacturer with many years in production and technical service, we carry out mesh replacement, lumbar support renewal, foam replacement and armrest or leg repairs for Mask in our own workshop. You will not have to scrap a chair because a part is unavailable.

Ordering, Production and Delivery

Mask is never kept in stock; color, upholstery and details are produced to your specification. Average lead time is about one week, slightly longer in busy periods. Chairs arrive fully assembled and ready to use. Because each order is custom-made, please plan your space and visitor traffic before ordering.
