Nova Meeting Chair

The Nova meeting chair is a one-piece metal frame chair built for meeting rooms, training rooms and waiting areas. We first installed it years ago on a public sector project, and since then we have installed, dismantled and repaired dozens. We know it from the field, not just the catalog. Every unit is made to order in our workshop.

Let us be clear from the start: Nova is not an all-day task chair. Used in the right setting it gives years of trouble-free service; in the wrong one, satisfaction drops.

Nova Meeting Chair Frame and Durability

Nova's defining feature is its one-piece metal frame. A continuous metal profile links the arms, seat support and legs into one solid structure. Fewer weld points mean loosening starts much later, and the frame stands up better to knocks.

Chrome plating resists scratches and corrosion, keeping the frame looking sharp even in busy offices.

Is it completely trouble-free? No. In crowded meeting rooms chairs get dragged constantly, and on hard floors that raises the risk of bent legs. We recommend checking the screws once a month; skip it and wobbling, then complaints, follow.

How Much Does the Mesh Back Help?

The backrest is mesh stretched over a curved rigid plastic frame that follows the spine's natural line. Mesh noticeably reduces sweating, especially in closed meeting rooms in summer, and spreads body weight to ease pressure points.

Not all mesh is equal. Thin mesh is cheap and sags quickly; thicker mesh lasts longer. The mesh on Nova is mid-grade: good for meetings and training, not built for heavy-duty use.

To be clear, Nova should not be confused with an all-day mesh office chair. It is not in that class.

Seat Foam and Long Sessions

The seat uses 5 cm foam. It feels comfortable from the first sit and is well suited to short and medium-length meetings.

However, if you need a chair for more than 6 to 7 hours a day, we do not recommend Nova. Under that use the foam begins to soften within a few months. That is not poor manufacturing; it is the nature of this class.

• Ideal for short meetings.
• Can cause lower-back fatigue in very long sessions.
• Foam compresses faster with very heavy users.

Who Is It For?

• Meeting rooms
• Training and seminar rooms
• Waiting areas

It is not suitable for staff working at a computer all day. For that, see our mesh work chairs; for other meeting options, browse mesh conference chairs.

Cleaning and Care

• Clean mesh and plastic surfaces with a damp cloth only.
• Wipe the chrome frame dry to keep its shine.
• Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Check screws monthly.

Repairs and Spare Parts

Many chairs on the market simply cannot be repaired. Nova can. As a manufacturer with many years in production and technical service, we replace mesh, renew foam, replace legs and frames, and supply screws and connectors in our own workshop. A chair without spare parts goes straight to scrap when it fails.

Pricing, Production and Delivery

There is no single price. Mesh quality, foam density, metal thickness, quantity and parts availability all play a role. Most chairs sold as "cheap" begin to creak within six months; cheap can end up expensive.

Nova is built to order with an average lead time of about one week. We pack carefully for shipments outside Istanbul to protect the legs. Contact us via WhatsApp for current pricing and bulk options.
