Seat height adjusts with a standard-size gas lift. If it fails, a replacement is easy to find. Some imported chairs use odd sizes that leave you stuck; that does not happen with Nova.

• Fabric or leather seat: mild soapy water.
• Avoid solvents and bleach.

A wipe once a month is enough. Dust clogs the mesh and reduces airflow, a small detail that makes a noticeable difference.

Repairs and Spare Parts

As a manufacturer with many years in production and technical service, we replace mechanisms, gas lifts, castors, armrests and mesh for Nova in our own workshop and sell these parts separately. We do not recommend chairs without spare parts: cheap today, trash tomorrow.

A tip: if your office uses several mesh chair types, sticking to one series makes spare parts and a consistent look much easier.
