Who is the Huni mesh executive chair for?

The Huni mesh executive chair is built for managers who spend most of the day at their desk and squeeze meetings in between. It pairs a breathable mesh back with a sliding lumbar pad, a matching headrest and a polished chrome star base. The goal is simple: to keep you sitting upright and comfortable well into the evening, not just to look impressive.

We manufacture this chair to order and service it afterwards, so we will tell you where it shines and where a simpler model might do the job.

Contoured frame and mesh back

The back is a black rigid plastic frame shaped to follow the natural curve of the spine. High-strength mesh is stretched over it, so it gives as you lean back but does not sag once you stand up.

In our repair workshop, the most common complaint about mesh chairs is that "the mesh went slack and the support disappeared." A properly tensioned, quality mesh is what prevents that, and it is exactly where we focus on the Huni. On warm days with weak air conditioning, the open weave also keeps your back noticeably drier.

Why a sliding lumbar pad matters

A fixed lumbar cushion rarely lands in the right spot for everyone. On the Huni the pad moves up and down, so you set it at your own lower-back curve and leave it there. Filling that gap makes long sessions far less tiring.

To be honest, no chair is a cure for a serious back condition. If you have one, your doctor's advice comes first.

The headrest

The headrest uses the same mesh as the back for a consistent look. Leaning back for a short break takes the load off your neck and shoulders, which you will appreciate on heavy meeting days.

Seat, mechanism and base

• Seat: 5 cm high-density foam that keeps its shape instead of flattening early.
• Upholstery: Fabric or faux leather. Faux leather looks sharp but can feel warmer in summer, so for heavy daily use we usually suggest fabric.
• Mechanism: A dual-lever synchro-tilt moves the seat and back together and locks at your chosen angle.
• Gas lift: Class-4, with smooth and controlled height adjustment.
• Base and casters: A polished chrome star base with 65 mm PU casters that roll quietly on carpet and hard floors.

Cleaning and care

• Wipe the upholstery weekly with a damp microfiber cloth and a little mild soap.
• Dust the mesh back and headrest with a soft brush or a vacuum.
• Avoid chemical sprays; they stiffen the mesh and cause upholstery to fade and crack.

Spare parts, repairs and ordering

Because we make the Huni ourselves, we replace the mesh, renew the headrest, repair the mechanism and fit new casters using original parts. A worn part does not mean replacing the whole chair.

The Huni is never sold from stock; it goes into production once you choose the upholstery color and material. Lead time is around one week on average and can run longer in busy periods. As a made-to-order product it cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check your room size and preferred seat height before ordering.
