Kuver mesh executive chair: built for managers who sit for hours

The Kuver mesh executive chair is designed to be both a statement piece and a genuine working chair in an executive office. It brings together a headrest, a movable lumbar pad, a mesh back and a dual-lever synchro mechanism, aiming for the same comfort through long meetings and busy days at the desk.

When we fit out executive offices, the question we hear most is: "I'll be sitting in this for hours. Will my back be comfortable?" Kuver is one of our answers to that question.

Contoured back and mesh

The black rigid plastic frame is curved to wrap around the spine. High-strength mesh stretched over it takes your shape as soon as you sit and keeps air moving.

A dry back on a hot day with weak air conditioning is an often-overlooked detail in an executive chair, yet it makes a real difference to daily comfort. In budget executive chairs the mesh tends to sag within a year or two and the support fades. Kuver's mesh holds its form for years.

Adjustable lumbar support

The lumbar pad slides up and down so each user can set it at their own waist level. With fixed supports we often hear "it never quite fits my back." Kuver's adjustment makes long sessions noticeably less tiring for the lower back.

One important note: for serious conditions such as a herniated disc, a chair alone is not enough. Always follow your doctor's advice.

The headrest: small detail, big difference

The headrest is covered in the same mesh as the back. Lean back for a short break and the tension in your neck eases quickly. On packed meeting days you will appreciate it most. Plenty of executives tell us they simply can't work without one.

Seat and upholstery choice

The seat has at least 5 cm of high-density gray foam that won't collapse after a couple of years like cheaper chairs.

• Faux leather: A more formal, polished look for an executive office, and easy to wipe clean.
• Fabric: Cooler, less sweaty and easy to care for day to day.

For long hours we usually recommend fabric; if presentation comes first, faux leather may be the right call.

Mechanism and everyday details

• Synchro mechanism: The dual-lever synchro-tilt moves seat and back together. As you lean back, the seat follows in balance, and you can lock the angle wherever you like.
• Gas lift: A smooth Class-4 gas lift with precise height adjustment.
• Armrests: Black plastic arms at a comfortable height.
• Base and casters: A polished chrome star base that won't rust, with quiet PU casters that glide on carpet or stone floors.

Cleaning and care

• Wipe the upholstery with warm water and neutral soap suds on a damp cloth, then dry with microfiber.
• Brush the mesh back and headrest gently once a week.
• Avoid chemical cleaners, which fade and damage the materials.

Service, spare parts and ordering

We carry out mesh chair repairs and part replacements ourselves as the manufacturer. Original parts for mesh replacement, headrest renewal, mechanism repair and new casters are always on hand.

The Kuver executive chair is never kept in stock; it is built once color, upholstery and details are confirmed. Average lead time is around 10 days and may extend in busy periods. As a made-to-order product, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
