FK Mesh Chairs is a family business manufacturing mesh office chairs in its own workshop in Güngören, Istanbul. We build task, executive, meeting and waiting chairs to order, and the same workshop handles repairs and spare parts. In short, the people who make your chair are also the people who fix it years later.

As a manufacturer that has been producing and servicing chairs for many years, we know chairs from the user's seat, not just from a catalogue. The faults we see most often in our service workshop, such as sagging mesh, a sinking gas lift or flattened foam, remind us every day which details matter in production.

The main difference when you work directly with an office chair manufacturer is that you always know who you are talking to.

How does made-to-order production work?

We keep no ready stock. Each chair goes into production after the order is confirmed, built with the model, upholstery and colour you chose. The process has five steps: request, selection, production, quality check and delivery. For standard orders, the average delivery time is about one week.

1. Request

Send your needs through the quote form, WhatsApp or phone: which area, how many chairs and which model. If you are unsure about the model, describing the usage area is enough and we will suggest options.

2. Model, upholstery and colour

First the task, executive, meeting or waiting model is chosen, then the upholstery material and colour. For long working hours we usually recommend fabric; where hygiene comes first, faux leather.

3. Production

The foam, upholstery and mesh work is done in our workshop. Because each order is produced separately, slight tone differences can occur between fabric batches, and we say so up front.

4. Quality check

Before delivery, chairs are checked: the mechanism locks, the gas lift rises and lowers, the castors roll freely, the mesh is taut and the seams are clean.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Istanbul with our own logistics and ship to other cities across Turkey.

What can you customise?

The advantage of made-to-order production is that the chair is shaped by the space it will be used in. You can choose the upholstery material, the upholstery colour and, depending on the model, the mesh colour. Options vary by model, so at the quote stage we share the combinations available for the model you have chosen.

• Upholstery material: fabric or faux leather. Fabric breathes better and stays cool; faux leather wipes clean and suits busy areas.
• Upholstery colour: consider your floor and wall tones. On-screen colours may not match exactly.
• Mesh colour: black is the most popular; depending on the model, grey, anthracite and blue tones may also be available.
• Model: choose from our mesh work chairs, mesh office chairs for managers or mesh conference chairs for meeting rooms.

After-sales: mesh chair repair and spare parts

Our workshop handles technical service as well as production. We repair mesh chairs, renew mesh, replace foam and upholstery, and supply spare parts such as bases, castors, gas lifts, armrests and writing tablet mechanisms. A single worn part should not mean the end of a chair.

Do you ship across Turkey?

Yes. Production takes place in our Güngören workshop in Istanbul, and orders are shipped to every part of Turkey. Within Istanbul we use our own logistics; for other cities, the delivery plan is confirmed at the quote stage based on the delivery address. Sharing the address early makes planning easier.
